Important Announcements:

All those who make new bookings from 5/10/24 - 5/10/25 will be entered into a drawing for free tattoos! See my Instagram for details.

My new schedule prioritizes Friday-Sunday, but weekdays can be offered for a $250 fee.

WORKING WITH CHRONIC ILLNESS

Clients should know when working with me, that I suffer from multiple chronic conditions that sometimes cause unexpected flare-ups that require me to reschedule at the last minute. I am living with a chronic intestinal disorder as well as cubital AND carpal tunnel symptoms in my hand, and flare-ups from either condition can inhibit my ability to not only make it into the tattoo studio, but also risk lowering the quality of my work.

If I have enough insight to let clients know the day before their appointment that I am unwell, I try my best to do so, but sometimes I don’t experience a flare-up until I wake up for work and have to rush to reschedule the entire day. Please bear with me and understand that I have no control over these flare-ups occurring.

I am dedicated to keeping a healthy relationship with all of my clients, and I appreciate the trust and faith that clients put into my work! Nothing breaks my heart more than having eager clients suffer due to my fickle health condition, so I will always do my best to make things up to them, whether it be offering my days off for rescheduling or even comping the cost of a session in severe cases.

STUDIO POLICY

Clients are allowed to bring one companion with them.

I accept Cash and Venmo.

Please reschedule your appointment if you:

  • are experiencing any cold/flu symptoms like runny nose, fever, congestion, etc.

  • are currently pregnant or nursing

  • recovering from a surgery or medical procedure

  • recovering from any type of injury

  • have any cuts, scratches, rashes, sunburn, or bruises where you plan to have your tattoo

  • are currently on steroids or antibiotics

  • have any surgeries/procedures scheduled for the next 21 days

Please allow adamant time for your body to heal and reduce risk of infection. Getting tattooed while you’re sick or healing from an injury can overwork your immune system.

I also do not under any circumstance drive in dangerous weather. If the forecast calls for anything that alters travel conditions (freezing rain, snow, flooding/torrential downpour), I will need to insist on rescheduling.

CONFIRMATION PROCESS

A few days before your appointment, you will be asked to fill out the confirmation form and assure that you're ready to make it in.

You must then sign and agree to all policies in the confirmation contract, and submit at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Clients who fail to submit their confirmation contract will have their appointments cancelled, and must reschedule.

Custom Designs & Previews

Please visit Design Previews to view your options and purchase a preview if desired.

Please note that if you opt not to get a design preview, if there are any qualms with your design or large changes that need to be made at the start of your appointment, you may need to be rescheduled and need to pre-pay for your appointment. In this case, your rescheduled appointment will include a design preview to make sure everything is perfect before you come back!

TARDINESS POLICY

If a client is not INSIDE the studio by 15 minutes past their appointment time, it may result in an 80% charge requirement before being allowed to reschedule.

Any cancellations with less than 48hrs notice may result in a 50% charge requirement before being allowed to reschedule.

Any cancellation with less than 24hrs notice or any no-call-no-show may result in an 80% charge requirement before being allowed to reschedule.

If the cancellation fee remains unpaid, the client will not be allowed to rebook.

TOUCH-UPS

Clients are allowed 1 free touch-up so long as it’s scheduled 1-3 months after the tattoo appointment. Anything 4 months or later is considered normal skin wear and tear, and will be charged.

You can also request a touch up during an already existing session, so long as there is enough time left in the appointment to do so, or more time can be added. Save yourself the trip!

Where are you located?

Stefani Stipple Tattoo Studio & Boutique is located on the 2nd floor of the Midway Arts Coatesville brick building. 139 E Chestnut Street in Coatesville, PA (suite 203, first door on the left)

What is the best way to contact you?

I can be reached through our Venue.ink chat messages, instagram DMs, or email! You can also text 267.577.9532 in emergencies.

How do I book for self-harm scarring?

50% off ‘Heal Your Heart’ (Scar Covering)

When booking, please disclose that you are looking for a scar coverup, and I will adjust the pricing based on the area of scarring!

Please note that the tattoo will be prioritized to your scarred area. For example, if you have scars covering a 2x3 inch area but would like a tattoo 9 inches long, the session will only be partially discounted for the time it takes to do that section, and standardly priced for the rest.

Clients will receive a discounted rate based on the size/detail/budget of their preferred tattoo.

Scars should be at least 6-12 months healed and coloration should be close to skin tone or slightly pink.

What should I expect during my appointment?

Upon arrival at the Midway Arts building, please shoot me a message to let me know you're here, and I'll give you the go-ahead when it's safe for you to come up!

The first 30 minutes of your appointment will be used to place the stencil(s), fill out paperwork, and grab snacks/drinks in preparation while the stencil dries.

Every 1.5-2 hours we will take a break for about 20 minutes in order to stretch, use the bathroom, grab refreshments, use bactine to numb the area, etc.

The last 10-20 minutes of each appointment will be used to let the tattoo settle, take photos, bandage you up, go over aftercare instructions, and finally checkout.

Why don’t you tattoo certain parts of the body like the ribs, abdomen, or neck?

Over the past few years, I have developed cubital tunnel syndrome in my stretching hand. This means I have a fairly weak grip strength, numbness, and pain when tattooing that gets worse for me the more stretching that I have to do, for example on the stomach, ribs, back, and neck. Ultimately this means that I need to avoid most skin that isn’t naturally taut like the arms and legs.

What should I do if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

All reschedules and cancellations should be requested directly to me. If rescheduling, please include your general availability.

If you know that you do still want your appointment but aren’t sure when you can commit to a date, please instead consider the Indefinite Reschedule List. This list essentially puts your deposit and appointment on hold until you feel ready to commit, and then we will find you a spot or get you onto the cancellation list with high priority until something becomes available.

What should I do if I missed the deadline for my confirmation? Can I have my appointment back?

Unfortunately because of the conditions of my full schedule and recent client interactions, I have implemented a No Tolerance policy for missing appointment deadlines. I can’t predict a client’s motives or schedule, so if a client misses a deadline, I can’t know if they will reply in 2 minutes or 2 days.

I need to prioritize the business flow and fill any spots that become available with no exceptions. All clients who miss an appointment deadline will be allowed to reschedule for the next available date that works for both artist and client.

Please work with me by planning ahead, setting alarms if needed, and if it does come down to a cancelled appointment please just be patient while we find you a new spot in the books!
